Patient capacity
“Unlimited patients” means the maximum number of patients that can be reasonably served per provider: 2,000.
Point-to-point email
Pervasieve Email is for point-to-point communication. It is not intended to be a storage medium. An email sent through Pervasieve is automatically deleted after three days.
Password changes
If the password for an email address needs to be changed, the entire mailbox is re-encrypted. Existing emails will be unreadable and lost.
Encryption and security
Pervasieve uses S/MIME certificate-based encryption for email. Current certificates use 4,096-bit RSA keys and SHA-256 signatures, and encrypted messages use AES-256 encryption when supported by the sending and receiving email clients. These are widely used modern cryptographic standards, but no encryption can guarantee protection against every future capability. Advanced tools, including future quantum computers, may be able to break currently available encryption.
Practice responsibilities
The Practice Owner / Business Owner will ensure that patients sign email communication waivers and agree not to bring any actions against Pervasieve LLC as a result of setting up their phone for secure email access.
Cancellation Conditions
A full refund is provided for the current month charges to self managed primary care providers / solo practioners. For all others, the subscription is not renewed at the end of the month.
